Before 2024 fades in our rearview mirrors, we wanted to bring you up to speed on some of the product enhancements we’ve made so you’re better equipped than ever to tackle the year ahead. Keeping compliant with legislative changes and year-end reporting

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and Revenu Québec (RQ) introduced several new codes for 2024 year-end reporting impacting Indian Act exempt income, Phased Retirement, and Security Options and Capital Gains reporting. Whether you’re applying a template to a shift with dedicated employees or leaving shifts up for grabs through Available Shifts, your scheduling templates can be applied over an extended period of time, alleviating the complications of manually building your schedule and showing your team you’ve got scheduling down to a science.

Giving you more control over how you view, build and manage your schedule, our new filters help refine your view.

You can now apply filters to organize your schedule and display employees or shifts based on what you need to see in that moment. Whether you’re viewing the schedule of an individual employee or department, or a combination of positions or employment types, or more, you can easily refine the schedule you’re working on without a bunch of back and forth.

Making onboarding a breeze with our improvements to Checklists

Seamless onboarding: not just wishful thinking? Yep, seriously! We’re here to help you empower your new team members, and even your HR pros.

One of our favourite Human Resources solution enhancements takes our configurable checklist templates and tasks to the next level by giving you the ability to effortlessly manage the order of employee onboarding tasks (so that everyone’s clear on what needs to be completed first!). Your HR pros can now create and organize tasks in a prioritized sequence, making it that much simpler to guide your new hires through each task while they track and check off each item as they go.

But let’s be honest…manually sifting through multiple Audit Trail reports to find YTD adjustments can be a headache.

Through our Year-To-Date Adjustment Report screen, you can now review YTD adjustments made throughout the calendar year in one centralized location. It’s just one more way we’re designing our products to make your payroll processes more efficient and help keep your business on track.
