How does it work?
In the past, logging into any of your clients’ accounts meant inputting that account’s individual Customer ID, along with your Username and Password. And while we’re sure you had a secure system in place to manage all of those login details for all of your clients, that’s still a lot of important data to juggle!
Nowadays, signing in with one login allows you to connect all of your clients’ Payworks accounts to a single email login of your own – much easier to remember, right? Plus, once you’re logged in, you can seamlessly navigate back and forth throughout these accounts to keep up with wherever your day leads you.
To provide an additional layer of security, two-factor authentication (2FA) is also enabled for all email logins (by authenticator app or SMS text message). Yes, we know, that first login of the day takes a few extra seconds with 2FA… but we promise, you’ll more than make it up with the time you save leveraging this new functionality (and the additional protection of your clients’ data really is worth it either way!).
