Payworks has a Help Centre for all things COVID-19 related, including a library of COVID-19 related articles and FAQs, information about how to best leverage the Payworks application during this time.

WHAT CAN YOU FIND ON THE PAYWORKS HELP CENTRE?

  • Specialized ROE support with four step-by-step videos on how to process employee ROEs in addition to informative articles
  • A wealth of information including a library of COVID-19 related articles, tips for payroll professionals

 

HOW TO NAVIGATE TO THE HELP CENTRE

On the Payworks home screen, click the question mark on the top right-hand side of the screen

  • Select “Visit Help Centre” or search specifically for what you’re looking for in the search field
  • A new tab will open up the Help Centre
