We know you’re already in-tune with the next few weeks’ statutory holiday schedule and its impacts on your own office hours, staff scheduling, calculations for general holiday pay, payroll processing schedule, and more.

Just one last thing to keep in mind: we’ve consolidated a roundup of our own office hours – because like yours, they’ll be fluctuating to accommodate the upcoming statutory holidays.

Payworks’ office hours in December 2024

  • Payworks’ offices will have reduced hours on Tuesday, December 24; our offices will be open until 5pm CST.
  • Payworks’ offices will be closed on Wednesday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas Day statutory holiday.
  • Payworks’ offices will be closed on Thursday, December 26 in observance of the Boxing Day statutory holiday.
  • Payworks’ staff will resume regular office hours for Friday, December 27 and Monday, December 30.
  • Payworks’ offices will have reduced hours on Tuesday, December 31; our offices will be open until 5pm CST.

Payworks’ office hours in January 2025

  • Payworks’ offices will be closed on Wednesday, January 1 in observance of the New Year’s Day statutory holiday.
  • Our staff will resume regular office hours on Thursday, January 2, with the exception of those at our Montréal office, which will be closed in observance of the Day After New Year’s. Staff at our Montréal location will resume regular office hours on Friday, January 3.
