As any Human Resources Department, the HR Team here at Payworks handles a range of functions within the organization including hiring our amazing employees from coast-to-coast, on-boarding new staff, training all employees, as well as maintaining and improving interoffice relationships.

Selena Beneic was a Learning and Development Specialist (but she was recently appointed to HR Consultant - yay! Selena). Part of her role was to help the HR Team assesses the organization to see what types of training or development programs we could implement. Helping our employees do their jobs better so that we can continue to deliver world-class solutions and customer service to more than 20,000 clients.
