Say hello to Implementation Specialist Jeanette Francis!

Jeanette has been with Payworks for 13 years and works out of our Victoria, BC office as an Implementation Specialist. In this role, Jeanette implements new payroll setups for mid-market clients, assesses clients’ needs, and trains new clients on how to use the Payworks system.

Before joining Payworks, Jeanette worked for a competing payroll company, having started with data-entry in 1997 before moving into a client service role. Before switching companies, Jeanette was doing implementation for small businesses.

Jeanette joined us in November of 2005 after Sales Representative Glenda Plews (who had joined two years prior) contacted her about part-time implementation work, and the rest is history!

Jeanette has her Payroll Compliance Practioner Certification from the Canadian Payroll Association, and has completed a Business Administration program. Before her payroll career began, Jeanette worked at a grocery store, where she met her husband. The two have been together for 23 years and have three children.

Jeanette says the best part of her day is when her kids come home from school. Her free time is spent with her family.
