Say hello to Sales Representative Jeff Zielinski!
Jeff is a Sales Representative who works out of the Payworks office in Winnipeg. He has been with the company for almost eight years and he is the person who meets with all prospective and future corporate clients of Payworks for the Manitoba region.
Jeff says the best part of his job is getting to meet with different types of companies, learning how they do business, and offering them options and solutions that will help them and their company. He also loves the fact that Payworks is a great place to work.
"Payworks has created a very inviting culture to be a part of," Jeff says. "Not once in my eight years has Payworks ever seemed like a place where you are forced to go to and work. It really has become a part of my lifestyle, pitching Payworks and making recommendations away from work as much as when I'm at the office."
Before joining our team, Jeff worked in the trucking industry. He wasn't in the market for a new career, but a Payworks employee referred Jeff to the VP of Sales for Central Canada and the rest is history!
In his free time, Jeff spends a lot of time outdoors on the farm in rural Manitoba where he lives. He also spends a lot of time with his family, his wife and two children (with a third on the way!), doing various activities from ATVing and going to the zoo, to swimming in the pool.
Jeff's Payroll Tip:"Take the time to browse through all of Payworks product release bulletins on the Payworks portal page. We're always adding improvements to the system to make payroll easier. I am often asked about adding functionality to the Payworks product and commonly respond with, we can already do that!"
