Payworks National Service Centre in Winnipeg welcomed 16 members of the Youth CEO tour on Wednesday, July 17.

Youth CEO is a program that shows Canadian youth a glimpse into their potential career paths. It is organized by the Business Council of Manitoba, Winnipeg Aboriginal Sport Achievement Centre (WASAC), and the Centre for Aboriginal Human Resource Development. Payworks participated in the Youth CEO program for the second year and welcomed our own Youth CEO, Zayna Danielson, who had a week long internship in our Winnipeg office from July 23 to 27.

“My internship at Payworks was a great experience. Payworks was able to show me all of the different aspects behind a business which was neat to see,” said Zayna. “I was surprised by how many different departments there can be inside of a business. My favourite day was when I visited the Treasury Department and when I got to spend the afternoon with Barb and the United Way. I learned so much the week I spent at Payworks.”
