Payworks staff once again showed their support for McHappy Day® by volunteering at local McDonald’s restaurants on May 2.

McHappy Day supports Ronald McDonald House Charities®, which helps families with sick children have a home away from home while they get treatment in a nearby hospital. In total, McHappy Day 2018 raised more than $6.1 million for children’s charities across Canada.

Our staff could be seen in their bright orange Pay It Forward t-shirts at McDonald’s restaurants in Langley, BC; Calgary and Edmonton, AB; Toronto, ON; and Winnipeg, MB. In total, there were 26 Payworks staff who volunteered for McHappy Day.

In May 2015, Payworks announced its official national partnership with Ronald McDonald House Charities Canada. RMHC Canada was founded in 1982 to be the everlasting organization that would support Ronald McDonald Houses and their programs in Canada.
