We know there’s lots to keep track of over the next few weeks, and just like your team’s, our office hours will be shifting a bit to accommodate the upcoming [statutory holidays](https://blog.payworks.ca/when-is-an-employee-eligible-for-stat-holiday-pay-asked-and-answered-0?hsLang=en-ca). To help you plan ahead, we’ve rounded up our 2025–2026 office hours below so you’ll know exactly when we’ll be here to help keep things running smoothly through the holiday season and into the new year. ## Payworks’ office hours in December 2025 - Payworks’ offices will have reduced hours on **Wednesday, December 24**; our offices will be open until 5pm CST. - Payworks’ offices will be closed on **Thursday, December 25** in observance of the Christmas Day statutory holiday. - Payworks’ offices will be closed on **Friday, December 26** in observance of the Boxing Day statutory holiday. - Payworks’ staff will resume regular office hours for Monday, December 29 and Tuesday, December 30. - Payworks’ offices will have reduced hours on **Wednesday, December 31**; our offices willbe open until 5pm CST. ## Payworks’ office hours in January 2026 - Payworks’ offices will be closed on **Thursday, January 1** in observance of the New Year’s Day statutory holiday. - Our staff will resume regular office hours on Friday, January 2, with the exception of those at our Montréal office, which will be closed in observance of the Day After New Year’s. Staff at our Montréal location will resume regular office hours on Monday, January 5. The upcoming statutory holidays don’t just affect your office hours (and ours!) – they also impact the hours of other businesses and financial institutions across the country.
