Holiday schedule: When Payworks will be open this season

It’s that time of year again – holiday schedules, year-end prep, payroll deadlines, and plenty of celebrations in between! We know there’s lots to keep track of over the next few weeks, and just like your team’s, our office hours will be shifting a bit to accommodate the upcoming statutory holidays.

To help you plan ahead, we’ve rounded up our 2025–2026 office hours below so you’ll know exactly when we’ll be here to help keep things running smoothly through the holiday season and into the new year.

Payworks’ office hours in December 2025

  • Payworks’ offices will have reduced hours on Wednesday, December 24; our offices will be open until 5pm CST.
  • Payworks’ offices will be closed on Thursday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas Day statutory holiday.
  • Payworks’ offices will be closed on Friday, December 26 in observance of the Boxing Day statutory holiday.
  • Payworks’ staff will resume regular office hours for Monday, December 29 and Tuesday, December 30.
  • Payworks’ offices will have reduced hours on Wednesday, December 31; our offices will be open until 5pm CST.

Payworks’ office hours in January 2026

  • Payworks’ offices will be closed on Thursday, January 1 in observance of the New Year’s Day statutory holiday.
  • Our staff will resume regular office hours on Friday, January 2, with the exception of those at our Montréal office, which will be closed in observance of the Day After New Year’s. Staff at our Montréal location will resume regular office hours on Monday, January 5.
