None other than [Payworks](http://payworks.ca)’ own **Business Development Specialist, Callan Davey** and **Business Analyst Dee dela Cruz.** These two ladies worked tirelessly alongside United Way Winnipeg’s GenNext Council to co-chair their GenNext Summit Event for 2018. > “I believe our generation of leaders have shown an overwhelming desire to do more, be more, and I believe that we will fulfill our call to action,” said Dee. > > “I’m incredibly proud of our volunteer committee, the United Way staff, and everyone who attended Summit. The whole day was uplifting, energizing and fueled by passion. The greatest learning takeaway I have is that teamwork can make anything happen,” said Callan.
